At Fastzy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is missing parts or incomplete

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned after the allowed return window

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened or used)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if mentioned)


Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID

  3. Share clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue

  4. Provide a brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 working hours.


Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement product at no extra cost.

  • Replacement delivery timelines follow standard shipping durations.


Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in eligible situations such as:

  • Replacement not available

  • Product out of stock

  • Verified return approved by our support team

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.


Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.

  • In some locations, customers may need to self-ship the product. Shipping reimbursement may be provided upon approval.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is recommended for faster claim approval.

  • Fastzy reserves the right to deny requests if policy conditions are not met.

  • Abuse of return policy may lead to restriction of future orders.
